Something happened to her that night. – She decided to nourish her body with deliciously heathy food. She decided to nourish her soul with epic creations and she decided to nourish her heart with the love she deserved. She decided to be whole. And just like that she had reached the state she dreamt of for many years.
Ugh…and she lived happily ever after? Alone? Walt Disney would have saved a lot of pencils if each happy ending had been for one person. I guess today he could save a lot of those. Or would he need even more? But let’s figure this out another time.
To come where I am now took me through a bit of a rollercoaster. But hey, aren’t we all a little bit of drama queens? Can you say so? At least seen from a more spiritual perspective? No? YOU not? Maybe you haven’t looked in the mirror close enough huh? Ha haa.. Or it is just the way I deal with it? Bringing a little lightness into the mess with comedy helps me a lot, thats for sure.
So why a different me? I am good as I am. Something I gladly figured out, I guess. And that is exactly the case. To say it in a simple yet most significant way, I use the words of Greek philosopher Heraclitus:
“Change is the only constant in life.”
I can go with it, grow and enjoy the process or I can fight it, trying to stay the same in an ever changing environment while building a world were everything seems to get worse.
